The concept of my OC is that he's a team rocket member that's actually smart.

He helps team rocket because he needs a high paying job to support his sick mother who lives back home.
Despite him being smart and having good ideas, Jessie and James never listen to him.
I describe him as "emotionally dead" or "emotionally devoid" because for the most part, he never shows any sign of emotion.(Side note: he has a major crush on James. This is one of the only occasions where he shows emotion)
He sometimes gets overwhelmed with thoughts and breaks down, but with the nature of team rocket, he's cheered up by their stupidity quite quickly.
He has a Phd in theoretical physics, he did well in school, despite being bullied.
He only has one pokemon, a Gothitelle he raised from a Gothita from his childhood that can sweep any team on its own.
He's sometimes thought to be rude, but he's mostly just brutally honest.
He has some witty humor that's sarcastic and not always appreciated.
He is sometimes insecure, but only until he talks to his team members and realizes how superior he is compared to them.
He is pretty condescending.
He lies from time to time, making him not entirely trustworthy.
Yes, he is sadistic and derives pleasure from Jessie and James being exploded into outer space and whatnot.
As just a weird thing that he does, he rips paper out of habit. He brings 8.5x11 paper everywhere he goes just to rip it. He leaves scraps of paper everywhere.
A big theme with him is that he never takes off his glasses (which he can see through, but others can't see through. He never shows his eyes in front of anyone). In the sketches, there's one that has his glasses off. The story behind that is that someone caught him crying (alone) and he had taken his glasses off.
He's a germophobe
He "likes cats more than anyone should"
Most of the time he's serious, but when he swoons over James he can be seen being pretty giddy.
He has super good tactical skills and planning skills, but no on ever listens to him.
He hates it when he's ignored, which happens quite often. He does relish telling people "I told you so" when things go wrong from them not listening to his plans
He's pretty forgetful because thoughts are constantly rushing through his mind
He's obviously pretty quick witted.
